The approach

How a visit here is different

A clinic should not feel rushed. The body's signals deserve careful translation — and you deserve a doctor who explains, not just prescribes.

Listening first

Many digestive and liver problems are missed simply because no one asked the right follow-up. Every visit begins with a careful conversation — and ends with a plan you understand.

Evidence-based decisions

International training and continuing education from Weill Cornell, Harvard, and the Royal College of Physicians inform every recommendation. We test what needs testing — and only what needs testing.

No judgment, ever

Stomach symptoms, liver disease, hepatitis, weight changes — these conversations can feel exposing. They never have to be. You will be heard, fully and confidentially.

Common questions

Before your first visit

Do I need a referral to see Dr Usman? +

No referral is required. You can book directly via WhatsApp, the contact form, or phone. If you have prior reports or scans, please bring or send them ahead — it helps us make the most of your visit.

What should I bring to my first appointment? +

Any previous lab reports, ultrasound, endoscopy, or specialist letters, plus a list of medications you are currently taking. If you don't have any of these — that is completely fine too.

Can I have a consultation if I'm not in Lahore? +

Yes. Dr Usman offers online consultations for patients across Pakistan and abroad — particularly for follow-ups, test-result reviews, and second opinions.

Is talking about digestive or hepatitis problems kept confidential? +

Absolutely. Every consultation is private. We treat hepatitis B, hepatitis C, hemorrhoids, and many other commonly delayed-due-to-embarrassment conditions every week. There is no judgment here — only care.

A clear plan starts with a careful conversation.

If something feels off — pain, reflux, fatigue, jaundice, weight change — don't wait it out alone. Book a consultation and let's understand it together.
